We do not like having to post rules We therefore try to make this a simple rule page, Rules are different with different condo owners, but most are typical throughout the industry. Please read through the rules as outlined below for different items. Some of them may not refer to you. All are based on common sense and good manners and cleanliness. Number one rule - #1 - REMEMBER - the unit in which you are staying is a second home for someone. Please treat it as you would expect complete strangers to stay in your own home for a certain amount of time.
Number two Rule - #2 - Guests with small children, please protect walls, furniture, bedcovers, and all areas from crayon and food stains. Damages may incur charges to your deposit.
NOTE: Each of you should receive a package with your unit before or upon arrival from the individual owner or manager. The rules in your packet override any items on this page. The rules as outlined on this page are suggestions only that we have accumulated through experience in this business. Just do your best and have fun.
