Note: This is also the check list that we give to our employees. This check list is signed and returned to us.
Your unit is checked and rechecked before your guests arrive.
□ Clean out Refrigerator interior, doors and shelves □ Remove any loose ice from freezer and wipe out freezer □ Make sure dishes in dishwasher are washed and put away if you have time □ Make sure kitchen sink is clean and shiny □ Clean out inside and outside of microwave oven □ Clean top of stove and check interior of oven, wipe as necessary and note if it is unnecessarily dirty. □ Check washer and dryer remove any laundry and bring to shop, whether clean or dirty □ Remove all trash and garbage bags and install new bags and extra bag, in all trash containers. □ Make all beds with hospital (military) folds and neat corners □ Dust all furniture □ Dust all electronics □ Clean all kitchen counter tops □ Clean all glass furniture tops □ Clean all bath mirrors and countertops □ Clean all bathrooms - make sure all sand an hair is removed, polish chrome and mirrors to a shine. □ Wash behind toilets and wash baseboards behind toilets □ Wash patio doors inside and outside □ Wipe outside patio furniture and arrange neatly □ Sweep or vacuum patio and clean under benches, tables and chairs □ Sweep and mop all hard (non-carpeted) floors and double-check for dirt and hair □ Vacuum all carpets, rugs and throw rugs throughout □ Check sofa bed and remove all sheets, if any □ Leave sofa bed (hide-a-bed) sheets on corner of sofa or in coat closet □ Change filter at first cleaning of each month. Set thermostat to 78 as leaving unit □ Before leaving, double check unit. ARE YOU HAPPY WITH THE UNIT? □ Turn off lights and lock doors on the way out.
