If we are not informed of changes in codes, we will be unable to get into your unit for servicing. Should this happen, we will make all possible efforts to contact you via phone numbers furnished. Email will be unavailable during cleaning hours. It is essential that we have all your phone numbers.
NOTES: We will leave our contact information in each unit, attached to the refrigerator. Should you or your guests need to contact us, then we will do all that we can to help them with any problems
There may be certain fees attached depending on the particular problem. EXAMPLE: Should a tenant lock themselves out of a unit and we can talk them through a door code, then there is no charge. However; if a trip is necessary, then there will be a service charge involved.

Artful Things - This is Donna's favorite place to shop. Located in downtown Niceville. Artful things offer most any product that an artist could want or desire. Talented instructors and talented artists frequent the establishment. Donna takes pride in her work and pride in where she shops.
This painting is of Donna's grandchildren from her son Wayne and his wife Leanne. Brooke and Grady are Donna's first two grandchildren and she felt that they were at the right age for painting and she had just the picture in mind. She says that when Brooke came along, she felt the true meaning of being a grandmother. Meaning grew again when Grady was born. Her life was changed forever.
Brooke and Grady are the joy of life for her son Wayne. He works a long ways from Vancouver Island in Alberta and always looks forwand to returning home to the joyful laughs, smiles and hugs from Brooke and Grady. Donna trys to time her visits so that all of them can spend time together when Wayne is home. She has titled this "Wayne's Joy!"
