"Jacks Boat"
This boat was created entirely from Donna's imagination, or maybe something she had seen once in the past. The amazing fact about this painting is the light. It seems to be different with the time of day. At sunrise, the light is shining on it, and at dusk, the painting appears be "at dusk". Very articulate and detailed. This is an acrylic painting.

"New Pear:
This is a new medium for Donna. This was painted using "oil bars." Notice the style. Donna said she had to try them . . . "at least once!"

The paintings on these pages are just a small portion of the art painted by artist, Donna Munro. Some of the paintings that she has in the works will ultimately be the best yet. I can't wait 'til they are complete and I can post them on this site.
This is the first acrylic painting by Donna. This was painted many years ago. It is a painting of her brother Jim's cabin on Lake Comox in Cumberland BC on Vancouver Island.
Artful Things - This is Donna's favorite place to shop. Located in downtown Niceville. Artful things offer most any product that an artist could want or desire. Talented instructors and talented artists frequent the establishment. Donna takes pride in her work and pride in where she shops.
Titled "Terry Farm." This is an oil painting of a cabin that is still standing in Lee County, Georgia on the Terry-Williams Farm. As far as we know, this cabin dates back to the slave days, sitting at the end of a pecan grove and on the edge of a cotton field.
This canvas is 30 x 24. The details in this painting is exceptional, and almost unbelievable. It is, as if . . . you are there. I've stood on this same ground many times. Donna captured it and made it real.
This painting is oil on a 16 x 20 canvas. Glass and Wine, painted with Donna's usual fine detail.
