Is a contract involved or necessary? We do not use a contract. We do have terms and conditions that we use as our guidelines.
Do you always use the same person(s) to clean our unit? Whenever possible. However; this can depend on so many factors. The day of the week, the time of the clean. All of our housekeepers are trained and follow the same guidelines. If you have a preference, we will try to accommodate you, but having the same person every time is not always possible.
What are cleaning times? This depends on the unit. Most checkouts are 10:00. This is the time that we start on the first unit. We complete all units before check-in time. In most cases check-in is 4:00 p.m. and in some cases it is 6:00 p.m. If your guest does not leave by checkout time, then we go to the next unit and yours will be at the end of the schedule.
Can a guest enter the unit before check-in times? We apologize, but we do not allow guests, or guest's belongings in the unit during cleaning. Guests are welcome to come in once units are cleaned and have been inspected. We will not clean if the guests, or their belongings are in the unit. We cannot be responsible for either.
Do you provide all cleaning supplies? Yes, we provide all supplies to clean your unit. We use good quality supplies that smell fresh and clean the surfaces for which they are designed. Green products are available upon owner's request.
Do you furnish your own equipment? We furnish all mops, brooms, rags, etc. Our price is based upon using vacuums that are provided with each unit. This is standard practice throughout the industry. We have several vacuums that we are able to provide if necessary. Using yours saves us time and effort in cleaning your unit. We have a lot to carry in and out each time. Do you have quality control? Yes, and quality control is something that we are always striving to improve. We have a check-list that all of our housekeepers have to check off, sign and turn in to us before they are paid for your unit. We also try to check each unit every time it is cleaned. This coming season, we plan to have a comment card that your guests are able fill out to help us to continue to be the best quality housekeepers in the area.
Do you charge extra if the guest has pets? Possibly. If the guest has not cleaned up after his pet and there is extra hair on the floors, carpet, linen and furniture. This takes a lot of extra time, effort and supplies.
Do you guarantee your work? Yes, we guarantee that all listed items will be performed each time that we clean your unit. See our Regular scheduled Cleans to see what services are provided every time. We try to make sure that our quality control does not miss any items. If any item is not performed to your guest's satisfaction, we will immediately return and make sure that they are satisfied before we leave.
What if I need additional sundries/Linens? We supply sheets for sofa sleepers, toilet paper, paper towels, guest soap and dishwasher tablets. If any of these sundries are not in the unit, we'll be happy to bring them to you. But please note, these are starter items only. You will need to purchase any additional items necessary. We are cleaning contractors . . . not a maid service.
