Thorough Deep Clean - This is a deep clean that we recommend, at least twice a year.
Deep Cleans should definitely be performed after the busy summer season, and again after a long Winter's guest. We request that you have a deep clean at LEAST once per year.
We require at least a week's notice for scheduling and a minimum of four to five days between guests for cleaning. This is performed between Monday and Friday.
Deep cleans are highly recommended during the off season. Without a deep clean, we do not guarantee the cleanliness of a unit between our regularly scheduled cleans.
A deep clean consists of:
Moving and cleaning all appliances exterior and interior
Clean all kitchen and bathroom cabinets and straighten contents
Moving and cleaning behind all furniture
Clean all furniture and drawers
Cleaning all tile grout
Clean all walls
Clean windows on the inside and outside (where accessible)
Clean all light fixtures and ceiling fans
Clean all air vents
Clean all blinds and rods
Clean all base, crown, trim, and doors
Wash all blankets
Wash all silk plants, ornaments and knick knacks
