Besides accomplishing all of the above, Donna is especially essential to her husband's construction business, Jacbilt Enterprises, as a designer. She is a designer, a decorator and a planner. Her efforts have helped to double the customer base. Customers call specifically for her advice, and expertise and planning.
Her family insists that her cooking is a work of art in itself although the Canadian taste buds differ quite a bit from the Southern cooking in which they were raised. Now they insist that Canadian is the way to go with food.
Before art, before work, before self, Donna puts her family first. Every Monday is considered "Donna Appreciation Day" by her husband who insists that Donna is the best thing that ever happened to him or his family.
Donna also runs her own condo cleaning service, ACSC, or Absolute Cleaning Services Company which cleans condos on a weekly or semi-weekly basis between tourist guests. Destin is one of the tourist hot-spots of the South and Donna has built a family of loyal condo owners that depend on her to make their lives easier. Her employees are an extension of her when it comes to pride and service. You may find her with a notebook in her hand, or a laundry bag and don't be surprised to see her with a cleaning rag and mop. She never leaves home without her camera which she uses to capture her inspirations.
Artful Things - This is Donna's favorite place to shop. Located in downtown Niceville. Artful things offer most any product that an artist could want or desire. Talented instructors and talented artists frequent the establishment. Donna takes pride in her work and pride in where she shops.
