Before Departure, please:
- Load all dirty dishes in dishwasher and start the wash cycle
- Remove all trash and take all trash bags to nearest dumpster
- Leave all sheets on beds. Do not strip beds
- Fold all blankets, leave matress pads, pillows and comforters on the beds.
- Towels should be left in the hallway in one pile
- Leave the unit in a tidy condition. Any excessive cleaning will be charged against your deposit. NOTE: see rules for additional items.
Things you need to know
- Your unit is furnished with a certain amount of linen. Please take care of them. You will need to wash these if you run out of linen.
- Starter sundries such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and dishwasher detergent are supplies. If you run out, you will need to supply these.
- Some of the units are non-smoking. Please check with your owner if you are not sure about this.
- Some of the units allow pets. Please check withyour owner if you are not sure of this.
